Non-profit corporations, units of government and licensed builders in the private sector through an open and continuous application process may request bond funds for the development of affordable housing units.
Pima County Housing Center (El Banco)
Families can come to the Center for guidance and support to find trusted help during hard financial times, as well as information on purchasing a home, finding affordable rentals, and many other housing related services. The Housing Center strives to be a catalyst for residents to find the services they need with expanded hours to fit working family schedules.
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Pima County's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program funds community facilities and infrastructure projects in low-income neighborhoods and communities throughout rural Pima County (outside the cities of Tucson and South Tucson).
