The Administration division plans, organizes, directs, and manages the operation of the Department of Finance and Risk Management.

The Budget division develops and monitors Pima County's annual budget, manages Pima County's annual property tax assembly process and defends taxpayer initiated litigation of net assessed values in conjunction with the County Attorney's office.

Financial Control & Reporting
The Financial Control and Reporting division creates, compiles, and issues interim and year-end financial statements, along with other Federal, State, and County reports, and more.

The Financial Management division performs a centralized cash analysis function for County departments, performs the County's debt management function and reviews and reports the County's Capital Improvement Program.

The Financial Operations division strives to issue accurate and timely disbursements of vendor payments consistent with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

The Financial Transactions division is responsible for managing user access, security, and system interfaces; validating application enhancements and interface transactions, and more.

The Internal Audit - Procedures & Training division is responsible for examining and evaluating County activities for the Board of Supervisors and County management.

Revenue Management
The Revenue Management division is responsible for increasing the County's revenues through improved efficiency and collections, and assisting the Board of Supervisors and County managers in the effective discharge of their responsibilities.
