Pima.gov Quick Overview
Please read the following items before
designing your Pima County web pages. Following these guidlines will
help to
maintain
the Pima.gov navigational protocals set forth in the Web Standards.
Item 1
Header Graphic

The
header graphic used on the main Pima.gov Portal pages (http://www.pima.gov/)
is reserved for the main Pima.gov Portal pages ONLY, and
should not be used on any other pages.
The format for the Portal page is
to have the Pima.gov on the left - all other county pages need to have
the Pima.gov link on the right of the header as in the examples below.
Home Page Header Graphic
The header graphic used for non-portal web sites, such
as departmental web sites, should follow the pima.gov format.
This format is: always have the pima.gov on
the right and the individual department logo on the left. Below are some
correct examples.

Notice that all these headers have the pima.gov on the
right and the individual logo or identifying text/images on the left.
All of these pages correctly have the pima.gov linked to the main portal
and the logo on the left linked to the home page of that particular department
or area.
When creating your home page, you may use one of the header
graphics already created (downloadable in the Templates
section of this
site).
Home Page Contents
In addition to the correct header format, the Home Page
of your site must contain the following items:
Link to the Disclaimer
Link to the Privacy Statement
Link or contact information for the site's webmaster
