Fee Schedule 

Whatever the event you are planning, Kino Sports Complex is a favorite choice. We can host baseball, softball,
soccer, sports leagues and tournaments, community events, music festivals, concerts, outdoor exhibits,
team-building meetings and much more. Our dedicated staff will assist you with every aspect of your event.

New Fee Schedule – Effective May 19, 2011
Kino Sports Complex is the largest, professional sports venue of its kind in Pima County. This Fee Schedule was
established by the Pima County Stadium District and approved by the Pima County Board of Supervisors on
April 19, 2011. These rates are comparable with other elite, tournament level ballpark rates across the southwest
and will allow us to be competitive in the marketplace while providing a “best value” price structure for the products
and services we deliver.

There are various resource rental options available for the fields and facilities used that are available to the
entire community. However, reservations and arrangements for use of these resources must be made through
our Scheduling Manager, Mary Arvizu at 520-434-1339 or mary.arvizu@pima.gov. Please note: a reservation is
not confirmed until a Use Agreement has been completed, and signed by the customer and Pima County Stadium
District has been paid for the reservation (as defined in Use Agreement). Please direct all inquires about field or
facility use to Mary Arvizu.

Please review these guidelines for reserving resources at Kino Sports Complex. 

1. You must have a current customer application on file before you may rent a resource.

2. All reservations are subject to resource availability.

3. Pima County Stadium District reserves the right to refuse requests to reserve resources.  

4. All users are required to obtain and maintain insurance coverage as outlined in the Use Agreement.

5. Customers are encouraged to reserve resources, especially field use, at least 30 days
   in advance of usage.

6. Your signed Use Agreement is confirmation of your resource reservation.  

7. Frequent users may obtain annual Use Agreements that run concurrently with insurance
   coverage. However, requests for field reservations must be submitted in writing, 10 days
   prior to the use date. 

8. Frequent users may reserve resources based on a team’s needs (as an example:
   two months of field use). When the Use Agreement is complete, the customer will be
   required to pay for resources (as defined in Use Agreement) upon signing the contract.

9. Customers who use a resource on an occasional basis will be required to pay for the
   resource when the Use Agreement is signed.

10. Customers with past-due accounts may be denied future use of the resource(s).

11. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required from customers if the reserved resource will
    not be used. Otherwise, the customer will be charged for the resource(s).  

12. A group that requests resources for large scale events, concerts, or community functions
    is also subject to an expanded written agreement that requires a processing fee charge
    of $250.00 to begin the paperwork. When the agreement is finalized, the customer will
    be required to pay $3,000 down upon signing the agreement.
