As defined by the solicitation, the Standard Terms and Conditions become an integral part of any resulting agreement and Respondents are required to certify their comprehension and acceptance of same in their response to the solicitation.

Addendums may be issued at any time subsequent to the publishing of a solicitation including the day the response to the solicitation is due. Parties interested in doing business with Pima County are responsible for assuring that their submittals list and incorporate all published addendums. Submittals that do not cite and incorporate all addendums may be deemed non-responsive and not evaluated. If you have questions please contact, with timing that allows a satisfactory resolution, the Contracts & Commodities Office/Buyer listed in each solicitation.

It is the responsibility of each respondent to acquire, include and respond to the solicitation, and addendums, utilizing the forms provided, without modification, in the precise manner requested. Unauthorized modifications to documents issued by the County may be cause for the submittal to be deemed non-responsive and excluded from evaluation. The Solicitation documents define acceptable methods for requesting consideration of desired deviations.
