Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
A variety of activities are offered including exercise classes, board and table games, field trips, potlucks, and special events. Monthly planning meeting is held the first Wednesday of the month. Field trips usually take place on the third Wednesday of the month.
Free, except for some trips and special events.

Designed for the active senior to improve flexibility & balance, increase strength & energy, and meet new friends.
Monday and Wednesday,10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
