Experience the oasis in the desert at Agua Caliente Park. This 101-acre park features a natural spring and pond that is home to an exceptionally rich mix of plants, wildlife, and historic features in the backdrop of the Santa Catalina and Rincon Mountains.

Visit the historic Ranch House and Art Gallery, tour the park on one of the many naturalist led walks, or picnic in the shade of the mature palm trees and native mesquite trees. Browse through the many bird-related items for sale in Tucson Audubon Society’s Nature Shop.

Group tours of Ranch House and grounds available by appointment. Call Agua Caliente Park Ranch House for information and scheduling, 749-3718.

November – April , Wednesday – Sunday, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Ranch House Art Gallery Exhibit Schedule

March 28 – April 25: Cacti & Critters, whimsical paintings of desert dwellers by acrylic artist Pam Davidson and Desert Wonders, watercolors and acrylic paintings by Kay Mitman.

April 25 – May 23: Impressions of the High Desert of Southeastern AZ, an exhibit of oils, pastels, and mixed media paintings by Diane Fairfield.

May 23 – June 20: Fable, Myths, and Legends, photographic images by Darlene Buhrow in hand-crafted shrines of oak, cedar, walnut, acacia, and other woods present a collection of visual stories that prominently feature the animals and icons of southwest culture and lore.

June 21 – July 17: Tucson’s River of Words Youth Poetry and Art Traveling Exhibit, see how local children express their understandings of watersheds and share their view of the natural world in this exhibition of award winning poetry and mixed media art.
