For Special Needs Children

ART

Art Expressers (Special Needs – Ages 6 and up)
Instructor: Janet McClary
This class is designed for children with special needs who want to express themselves through creating art. We will paint, draw, and build art pieces in a fun and supportive learning environment. Caregivers are welcome and may be required, to attend in order to assist their child. There is no added fee for caregivers attending in this capacity. A $10 material fee is due to instructor at first class meeting.

Keyboard Kids I (Ages 6-12 and Special Needs – Ages 6 and up)
Instructor: Janet McClary
A fun-filled music class that introduces the beginning fundamentals of keyboard playing. We will learn the basics of fingering, rhythm, and note-reading while learning to play fun songs! For the special needs class, caregivers are encouraged to participate in the class at no extra charge. A $10 material fee is due to instructor at first class meeting.

Keyboard Kids II (6-12 and Special Needs – Ages 6 and up)
Instructor: Janet McClary
Join us as we continue to build on the skills we learned in Keyboard Kids I class. Students with prior basic keyboard skills are also welcome. We will explore new rhythms and express ourselves through the playing of new songs! For the special needs class, caregivers are encouraged to participate in the class at no extra charge. A $10 material fee is due to instructor at first class meeting.
