Beat Cancer Boot Camp Exercise for Everyone
With classes held various times weekly, there is a class for everyone. The exercise can be modified for all fitness levels. For those just getting started with their exercise routine there is a Basic Training Class and a Walking Group. Bring water, a towel for exercises done on the ground, and wear appropriate exercise clothing and shoes. For classes held at Brandi Fenton Park and the Northwest Community Neighborhood Park the cost is $25 for an eight-week session (8 classes) or come twice a week for $40 (16 classes). No need to wait for the beginning of a session, join us now and take charge of your life! Tai Chi for Arthritis–Beginner
Instructor: Susan Cooper
This form of the ancient discipline of Tai Chi was designed by Dr. Paul Lam and combines agile steps, joint safe exercise, and mental strength to improve mobility, breathing, and relaxation. Tai Chi may also improve balance, muscle stamina, memory, and concentration when practiced on a regular basis. This class is for people of all ages and abilities. Feel in greater control over your daily life by adding the practice of Tai Chi for Arthritis. The class covers the Basic 6 Beginning forms. Please wear low-heeled, comfortable shoes that are 'indoor shoes' only.

Sun Style Tai Chi - 73 Forms
