Ramada Reservations

photo of ramada Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation offers a number of convenient, well-maintained, scenic picnic and ramada locations for your enjoyment. Enjoy these resources by having your next picnic or gathering at one of our many outdoor sites. Reservations are accepted for the park sites listed below.

The non-refundable reservation fee is $25. This fee to reserve the ramada/picnic facilities entitles you to use the facility for the full day. The area is reserved for your use on that day; the fee will not be prorated for a partial day’s use. The reservation is for the ramada ONLY. We cannot guarantee the park equipment, i.e. splash pad, electrical outlets, etc. For more information or to make a reservation please call 520-877-6211, or email us at ramadas@pima.gov. Please be sure to provide us with your contact information along with the best time to contact you. You may also use the form below to fill out your information and submit to us.

Please see our approved jumping castle vendor list below. We do not need to know who you selected, just that your selection is from that list.

DO NOT SEND Visa or Mastercard information through email we will call you or you can call us at your earliest convenience. The ramada is not reserved until we receive payment.

Ramada personnel will respond within 2 business days. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. In accordance with Pima County Park Rule 5010A alcohol is prohibited. Use of sound systems subject to prior approval.

Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation does allow approved Jumping Castles or Kiddie Train vendors in certain parks. Please contact (520) 877-6000 for more information.

The ramada at the equestrian area is called the hay barn the fee is $100 for the full day.

The commons area is $100 (up to 150 people) and $300 for groups larger than 150 people.  Maximum limit on the commons area is 500 people.

It is unlawful to collect, destroy, harm, harass, or deface any natural resource within the park. Natural resources include all forms of wildlife and vegetation, soil, rocks, and water.
