Seminar Purpose

The purpose of this year's seminar is similar to last year's purpose:

Provide a forum where attendees can receive pertinent hazardous materials information and provide the opportunity for questions to be asked and answered.

Provide to the attendees, an understanding on how to create and maintain a safe environment for their workers and their community.

Scope of Seminar

This seminar is to provide important hazardous materials compliance and safety information, along with best practices to the hazardous materials business owners and operators, internal and external compliance personnel, local government officials, and the first responders in Pima County.

Who Should Attend

The anticipated audience for this seminar is the following:

• Hazardous Materials industry and business owners, operators and/or managers;
• Industrial and business compliance personnel;
• Industrial and business personnel responsible for hazardous materials safety;
• Local government officials responsible for hazardous materials compliance;
• Fire department personnel with hazardous materials compliance responsibilities.
