This free, 5-week program with information and self-guided activities will help you get a handle on the stress in your life and ease its effect on your body. The program is based on a UnitedHealthcare Online Health Coaching Program. You'll practice breathwork, self-messaging, time management and tracking & coping skills. You'll even earn a $5 Subway gift card when completing the program!
How does it work?
• Submit a Registration Form before Aug. 27th and receive a welcome letter
• Start the program on Sept. 1st when we send you your first program workbook
• Read the workbook and complete the weekly activities
• Submit your weekly quiz
• At the end of five-weeks, feel re-energized --and receive your prize ($5 Subway gift card)
