This 6-week pedometer program will guide you toward increasing your daily steps to achieve an optimal level of health. You may even lose some weight in the process! If you're starting out low, the more you walk, the more energy you'll have too.
How does it work?
• Get your pedometer ready to go by April 12
• Track your daily steps on the log we'll send you
• Report your steps weekly for a chance to win extra gift cards and; or
• Turn in your log at the end of six-weeks for a prize ($5 Subway gift card)
