Employee Wellness hopes that you will find the intrinsic rewards of participating in our programs, like better health, more energy and less stress and benefit from the financial rewards of lower healthcare costs over time. But, for some extra incentive to start and finish some of our programs, we are able to offer gift card rewards.

For any of our programs that indicate a "$5 gift card" reward, we are pleased to offer you a choice of an expanding selection of gift cards. As we slowly roll out this expansion, when you send in a final program log, just write on the page next to your name what gift card you would like. (In the future, you'll begin to see a line on program registration forms and logs to select your prize.) When you win a $5 gift card drawing, we'll ask you what you would like.
