Workplace Massage Therapy

massageMassage therapy is much more than just a relaxation or spa treatment. Massage has been found to improve circulation, joint range-of-motion and flexibility. It can reduce many common ailments such as: stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains - even anxiety and depression.

Marmora Massage offers discounts to Pima County employees for services at their studio, at home and at work.

Chair and/or table massages can be booked for your work area by e-mailing marmora.massage@yahoo.com or calling 884-0357to make arrangements.

The cost is: $1.00 per minute per 10 to 15 minute massages. A minimum of ten massage appointments is required.

When signing up to bring this to your work area, you will be in charge of sending out and collecting a sign-in sheet to return to Marmora Massage one week prior to the date. You will also need to reserve an empty office, conference room or private break area.

Each Marmora massge therapist is State Licensed and carries individual liability insurance. Therapists provide tables or chairs, lotions, cleaning supplies, business cards, towels, sheets and music.

If you have additional questions, speak with your area's Wellness Action Committee member.
