New members should register on-site two weeks prior to a new 10 week series start date. Renewing members should register on-site the start date of the new series. (Or to attend at another location, register two weeks in advance through Employee Wellness.)

Program fee:
Free registration!
$120 for a full 10-week series
Cost is pro-rated when joining mid-series

** As of February, 2012 Weight Watchers will no longer be offering the split payment option. $120 will need to be collected by Week 10 to continue with the next series. Payments can be made by cash, check, credit card (no Amex) and all payments will be deposited after the Week 1 meeting. **

Meetings are open to Pima County employees, family members and other area co-workers. If you are interested in learning more about the group, attend a free meeting. You may attend one of the last two weeks of a series for free!

Registration for a new series takes place on-site:
 • On the first day of a new series for new members
 • On the last or next-to-last week of a series, or on the first day of a new series for renewing members
Registrations Forms are available on-site.

If your worksite is interested in an on-site series and you have 15 to 18 interested new members, you can start a group at your building. Contact Employee Wellness for additional information. Please note that requests for new At Work programs at Pima County worksites are not being accepted at this time. Please check back in the future.

Attending Other Meetings

Weight Watchers meetings are also held at a variety of locations, dates and times throughout Southern Arizona. For a listing, search for a meeting at www.weightwatchers.com.

You can register through the At Work downtown series and attend any of these. Weight Watchers will mail you a sticker for the series dates, showing that you've pre-paid for ten weeks. If you are just starting the Weight Watchers program, bring your sticker to the meeting you've chosen and pick up your membership bookelet. If you are renewing, place your sticker inside your current membership booklet.

To register and attend other meetings, submit your registration form two weeks before a new downtown series start date.

(Note: If you will be registering at a meeting, do not use this form or submit to Employee Wellness. Please fill out a registration form on-site at a meeting.)

Incentive Program
Sponsored by UnitedHealthcare

Pima County employees insured under one of Pima County's UnitedHealthcare plans are eligible for a special incentive program. You may earn your choice of a $60 Target or Weight Watchers gift certificate at the end of each series when you meet the following requirements:

• Purchase a 10-week Pima County Weight Watchers At Work membership

• Attend at least 9 out of 10 weeks (either At Work or at other locations)

• Lose a total of five pounds or more during the series (difference between starting and ending weights)

• Submit a fully completed Incentive Request Form to Employee Wellness, with a copy of your booklet, within 30 days of the end of the series.

Employee Wellness is on-site during the weigh-in time at the last meeting of each series to distribute incentives. At that time, you do not need to submit a copy of your booklet, but may present your booklet for verification. You may also submit the Incentive Request Form directly to Employee Wellness after the end of a series.
