Summer Slim Down Challenge
You're invited to participate in this 10-week, summer program to lose weight or maintain your current healthy weight, including:
• A Weigh-In (Week of June 25)
• A Weight-Check (Week of July 23)
• A Weigh-Out (Week of Aug 31)
• A Welcome Packet, weekly tips, support and resources along with access to a scale throughout the program
• Prizes!

A health coach can help you find lifestyle and nutritional solutions that work for you to address a health concern. A health coach will help you set short and long-term health goals and develop an action plan to achieve them.
Walking is one of the easiest actions you can take to improve your health. Join other Pima County employees to walk at or near your worksite on a regular basis! Plus, you can earn a new reward every quarter when you participate in at least 12 Walking Club Walks.

Platinum Fitness will offer Pima County Employees and their family members a discounted membership rate at $18.95/month (plus tax) with NO ENROLLMENT. For those who would like access to the VIP Gold Room the rate will be $37.95/month (plus tax) with NO ENROLLMENT
This membership rate will include the following amenities:
• Month-to-month (no contract) membership (retail value $29.95 per month, $29.00 enrollment, VIP Gold Room retail $49.95 per month)
• 1 complimentary Personal Training Session
• Access to all Tucson Platinum Fitness Centers
• IHRSA World Pass, which will give members access to over 6000 fitness centers world-wide.
• Group Fitness Classes (LesMills, Zumba, Yoga, etc.)

• VIP Gold Room includes access to the Private VIP Locker Room, Laundry Service, Towel Service, Private Locker, lotion, mouthwash, shaving cream, and hairspray.
Employees and their family members may sign up at any one of the four locations. Employee need pay for their $10 Barcode (one time fee) and first month pro-rated dues. Memberships have a Rate Guarantee/Maintenance Fee of $29.95. That gets billed on their fourth month of membership and then annually after that. The above rates are contingent on the monthly payment being captured electronically. Employees who are current Platinum Fitness Members may convert their membership to the new lower rate at no cost to them.
