Mission Statement
Pima County Employee Wellness will provide quality programs and activities to encourage and support healthy, active lifestyles. The Employee Wellness Program emphasizes the importance of education, awareness, self-care, and behavioral change programs to enhance overall well-being.
The 5-week program will inspire you to focus on five key pillars of nutrition outlined in the Eat Right For Life book that will transform unhealthy behaviors into healthy habits that will last you a lifetime.
Summer is right around the corner! Look great and feel great by participating in the annual 10-week weight loss/maintenance contest beginning in June, 2013.

By participating in any Employee Wellness Programs involving physical activity, you are agreeing that: You are in reasonably good health and have no conditions that would prevent or hinder you from safely participating in the activity. You understand that Pima County and affiliates disclaim any liability for any costs, claims, injuries, actions, or damage suffered by you, no matter what your relationship, as a result of participation in the activity.Participation in all activities is strictly voluntary, and any injuries suffered in conjunction shall not be subject to reimbursement under any workers/compensation law or any other applicable law.
