Log-in to the ADP / HR Benefits Solution website

Tips for logging in
user name is your EIN without the leading zeros
company identifier is pimacounty
password is created by user

If you have used the "forgot your password?" function, please note that the password reset link in the e-mail you receive expires within two hours.

First time users - password is the last four digits of your SSN, the capitalized first letter of your last name and your four digit year of birth.

For Example (your information will be different, based on the above): 
Employee Name: John Doe
EIN: 0000111111
SSN: xxx-xx-9133
DOB: 01/15/1952

user name = 111111
company identifier = pimacounty
password = 9133D1952

The password you enter at your first log-in is temporary and will expire after you log-in the first time. You’ll need to change this "old" password to a new personal one that is at least 8 digits and both alpha and numeric. You'll also need to enter a challenge question & answer and an email address under Work Email to have the ability to reset your own password should you forget it. 

Addresses
Addresses cannot contain punctuation marks or other symbols. The only acceptable symbol is "#".

Benefits and Personal information
As you proceed through ADP / HR Benefits Solution, please review your personal data carefully. Ensure that all dependent and beneficiary information is listed completely and accurately. Social Security Numbers are required on all insured dependents. Also review all enrollment information. If you see something that is different than you expected, contact your Departmental Benefits Representative. 

Please note that each page in ADP / HR Benefits Solution has information posted within the sidebar on the right side of the screen. Most of your questions can be answered in the related section.

Logging out
To protect the privacy of your information, it is important that you log out of ADP / HR Benefits Solution after each session. Just click on Logout at the top right hand corner of the screen.
