Domestic Partner


If you wish to insure a domestic partner, you must complete a Domestic Partner Affidavit each Fiscal Year.

Keep in mind, a Domestic Partner, unless a qualified tax dependent, is not an eligible dependent in a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account. As such, if you choose to contribute to either account, you will need to manage your contributions accordingly.
