What are the 2010 HSA contribution limits?
 
HSA maximum contribution limits will increase in 2010. 

  Single - $3,050
  Family - $6,150
  Catch up (55 and over) - $1,000 (same as 2009)

Effective January 1, 2010, the bi-weekly limits will be:

  Single - $78.84
  Family - $159.61
  Catch up (55 and over) - $38.46

There will be an HSA election period, 12/01/2009 – 12/15/2009, when employees can change their HSA payroll deduction electronically in ADP / HR Benefits Solution.  Change(s) will be reflected in the paycheck dated 01/08/2010.
