What happens if I cannot remember my password for ADP/HR Benefits Solution?
If you cannot remember the password you created, you will need to enter your User Name (EIN without the leading zeros) and Company Identifier (pimacounty) and click on “Forgot your password?”. ADP / HR Benefits Solution will then send an email to the email address that you loaded under Work Email with a link to answer the challenge question you entered. After you have answered the challenge question correctly, you will have the opportunity to reset your password. This link will expire in two hours. If you did not enter a Work Email or cannot remember the answer to your challenge question, you’ll need to email HRBenefits@pima.gov or call 740-8464. Please include your EIN in the email.
All benefits enrollments and address changes are accomplished in ADP / HR Benefits Solutions.
