Shelley Rose Appointed to Lead ECAP Steering Committee
by Lorraine Simon
Please join me in welcoming Shelley Rose, Community Services Department, as the new ECAP Board Chair. Shelley replaces Rosie Joe, who led ECAP for the past 15 years.

Shelley has served four years on the ECAP Steering Committee and has demonstrated an absolute commitment to serve the goals of the committee and is willing to fill in where needed, at any capacity. She is well respected and interacts well with all committee members, member agencies, Pima County departments, and outside organizations. Her experience with the committee is inclusive of spearheading training, production of entertainment, meeting room set up, food and beverage preparation, prop and decoration creation for each of the ECAP events. Shelley was the inspiration of the past year's ECAP Campaign: Go for Gold.
Shelley has always gone over and above what is expected of her, volunteering her time and talent to place the needs of the ECAP Committee first. It is with great pleasure that the ECAP Steering Committee welcomes Shelley to her new position as Board Chair. Please join us in congratulating Shelley in her new appointment.
