How Do I Make Sure that My Open Enrollment Benefits Changes Were Recorded?
If you'd like to confirm your benefits elections for plan year 2009-2010, click on: http://www.pima.gov/hr/EmployeeBenefits/OnlineBenefits.html
Then
login to the ADP / HR Benefits Solution (Employease) website using your username, company identifier and password.
- Click on the "Benefits" tab
- Choose "Review/Change Benefits"
- Click on "View/Print Benefits Statement"
- Choose "View my benefits on a specific date"
- Enter date 07/01/2009 and click "Go>>"
To review your personal and dependent information, click on the "Personal and Dependent Info" tab. Home information is listed under "Self," work information is listed under "Work Info."
To change your personal Challenge Question/Answer, click on the "Password" tab and enter a password challenge question and answer. Challenge questions and answers need to be chosen carefully. It needs to be something that you can answer instantly. Examples are: "What is your mother's maiden name?" "What is your father's middle name?" If you forget your password in the future, you will click on "Forgot your password?" from the logon screen to have an email sent to the email address that you have loaded under "work email." You will have two hours to log on and answer your challenge question to reset your password. Your answer will need to be typed exactly how it is saved. It is case sensitive and can have no extra or omitted spaces.
