Photos should be original scenes. Photos containing identifiable people will not be accepted. In submitting a photo, you represent and warrant that you are the sole author of the image and that it doesn't infringe on the rights of any other parties.

You retain your copyright interest and responsibilities for your submissions, but by submitting a photo you grant us permission to post it in the E-Scoop.

Images may be scaled down for display purposes and converted to JPEG format.

Please include some caption information, for example: name, subject, location, date, camera.
