PDEQ issues Permits, Authorizations and Approvals in the following catagories to ensure facilities are legally constructed and operated, and that discharges to the air, water and soil are within standards set by local, state and federal regulations.

Stationary Sources:	"Operating Permit" for businesses, facilities, buildings, structures, etc
SEARCH EXISTING STATIONARY SOURCE PERMITS
Open Burning:	"Permit" for burning of trees, leaves, brush, etc
Fugitive Dust:	"Activity Permit" for grading, trenching, etc
Asbestos/Demolition/Renovation:	"Activity Permit" required by federal regulations

Water
Septics:	"Construction Authorization" and "Discharge Authorization"
Sewer Collection Systems:	"Construction Authorization" and "Discharge Authorization"
Public Water Systems:	"Approval to Construct" and "Approval of Construction"
Public Water Systems:	"Operating Permit"
Sanitary Facilities for Subdivisions:	"Certificate of Approval for Sanitary Facilities for a Subdivision"
