For your convenience, Pima County DEQ is now accepting Visa and MasterCard credit or debit card payment.
Transactions using these cards can be made over the telephone (with card information such as expiration date, verification code, name, address, etc.) or in person anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30.p.m. Monday through Friday, except on County holidays. We are located on the 7th floor of 33 N. Stone Avenue in Tucson, Arizona.
• Split payments cannot be made using the card (partial payment in cash or by check with balance charged to credit/debit card).
• In addition, each permit or invoice transaction must be run separately for our payment tracking system.
