Operate a specialized long-term care facility that is Medicare certified and licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services. Provide services for residents who are acutely ill or have a combination of medical and behavioral needs. The medical specialty care includes ventilator dependent, respiratory, subacute and intensive rehabilitation for head injuries. The behavioral specialties include treatment, management and a secured unit. Provide services to clients requiring a higher level of staff intervention than is generally provided at other skilled nursing facilities. Provide these services to system clients who will not or cannot be cared for elsewhere. Serve the community at large by accepting clients with other payment sources who need special services.
