Function

Establish, execute and administer policies and procedures in compliance with court mandates. Coordinate the prompt and orderly disposition of civil, criminal and traffic cases. Collect and disburse fees charged in actions. Prepare statistical reports and other reports as prescribed by law. Maintain a current listing of delinquent accounts. Issue marriage licenses to residents of Green Valley, Sahuarita and surrounding areas within the Court's jurisdiction.
