Function

Carry out the policies and goals established by the Board of Supervisors. Provide information and technical assistance to the Board. Administer and oversee all non-elected official department's operations. Provide management, coordination and communication on all legislative issues and intergovernmental needs. Direct activities of the Office of Revenue, Collections and Audit. Oversee the Youth, Families, & Neighborhood Reinvestment Program. Administer the County's tax statement billing function.
