    The Administration Division prepares and posts the Board of Supervisors meeting agendas and addendums; maintains the permanent record for minutes, resolutions and ordinances;  fulfills requests for public records;  maintains the Pima County Code and the Board of Supervisors Policy Manual; processes various licenses and applications; maintains all membership information for Boards, Commissions and/or Committees; maintains public information files on special taxing districts; and accepts claims and litigation served on Pima County.

    The Document and Micrographics Management Division administers the Pima County Records Management Program.  This program provides for the storage, preservation and destruction of County records.  This division provides internal records services only.  Public requests for documents must be made to the originating department.
