Sonoran Desert Conservation Plan Riparian Vegetation Mapping and Classification
This site contains the images of the Sonoran Desert Conservation Plan riparian mapping project converted from coverage files. Riparian areas were delineated and their vegetation communities described by dominant plant species for the purpose of the Sonoran Desert Conservation Plan.

Pima Association of Governments
Pima Association of Governments (PAG) is compiling an inventory of intermittent streams, perennial streams, and areas of shallow groundwater in Pima County. This information will be used in the SDCP to identify areas of aquatic and riparian habitat. Although they have identified many sites, they may be missing your favorite spot. This is where you can help. Please help make sure that we do not overlook any streams which might fit these categories! The STREAM FLOW LOCATION INFORMATION FORM can be found at the PAG website:
