The Pima County Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Unit manages the County’s CIP program including the bond implementation programs and, through a Central Project Delivery Section, the centralized management of selected large projects.

The CIP Unit consists of five Sections:

• Administration
• Financial Services
• Program Analysis
• Information Technology
• Central Project Delivery

The most recent addition in the CIP Unit is the activation of the Central Project Delivery Section in November 2006.  This new section will manage selected large (> $10M) projects belonging to the client departments to assist in the overall timely and efficient delivery of the County’s CIP program.
