Home Repair and Weatherization Programs" "

Program Overview The Home Repair Programs provide grant assistance to low-income homeowners who live in unincorporated Pima County, Sahuarita, Oro Valley, and Marana*. Applications are accepted on a continuous basis and ranked accordingly, based on the seriousness of homes’ conditions.

Homes are defined as: Conventional Homes, Mobile Homes, Doublewides, and Manufactured Homes. Please note: RV’s, Travel Trailers, and Motor Homes do not qualify for any of these programs. Pima County will inspect the home, prepare cost estimate of work to be performed, and hire a licensed contractor. Upon completion of the repairs, Pima County will perform a final inspection and walk-through with the homeowner.

*Marana residents are only eligible to receive Weatherization services.
