Arizona Border Initiative" "

The Arizona Border Initiative is a new housing strategy created by Fannie Mae in an effort to transform housing conditions along the Arizona Border. The new housing program will serve the four border counties of Cochise, Pima, Santa Cruz, and Yuma.

The Arizona Border Initiative will work to increase the supply of for-sale and rental housing, improve substandard housing conditions, and offer new mortgage financing pilot programs created specifically to meet the unique needs of Border Region borrowers.
