We are Pima County Community and Economic Development (CED), four departments working together to administer Federal, State and local funds, and oversee programs to improve the standard of living for people with lower incomes and people in rural, unincorporated communities as well as oversee county economic development and tourism efforts to develop a healthy economy.

We are here to serve the various community and economic development needs of the people of Pima County. Whether it’s business or agency resources, employment and training, housing assistance, homelessness and emergency programs, neighborhood services, or tourism development—we are here to help.
