Education

A fair and equitable education system is important to all children and adults in Pima County. Currently, however, some school districts in the area are faced with overcrowding and limited resources that result in K-8 grades that are as much as two years behind national standards. The County must continue to lobby state legislature to fix these funding inequities. Intergovernmental agreements among districts and within the County must also be pursued if we are to maximize resources.
