Residents In Action

I am proud of the residents in my district because they are so involved in the community helping to improve our quality of life here in Pima County. On this page, you will see some examples of some of these residents and the difference they have made.

On the weekend of September 27th, some residents from the Cobo Catalina neighborhood got together and removed fountain grass and buffelgrass from the Pima Canyon Trailhead parking lot. The invasive grasses filled 67 of the 55 gallon size plastic bags - WOW! That's a lot of invasive grass. See their photo below.
