· Address questions directed to staff from public hearing

o Research the statutory ability for Pima County to collect funds at escrow

o Give an assessment or budget of funds needed for homebuyer counseling

o Provide the completed chart (Table) presented by Commissioners

o Information on warranties available for homes that are rehabilitated.

o Give legal reasons why resale cannot be included.

o Research whether recommendation by Commissioners violates the Federal Housing Act.

5) Discussion and possible action on adoption of contribution schedule.
