Archaeological Photos
A brass coat button embossed with the
initials of the Southern Pacific Railroad, one of several buttons
of this type found deep in the privy of the house that once stood
at 34 East Alameda Street. The house was the home of a succession
of railroad employees in the early twentieth century.
