People have asked about the significance
of the large "crater" in the southern portion of the
project area. This is actually the location of two, side by side,
privies, which can be seen as the two holes in the center of
this photo. The crater, and the steps, have been created by our
backhoe operator: the crater to comply with OSHA saftety regulations,
and the steps for ease of access. .
