About Pledge-A-Job:

Pledge-A-Job was created by the Pima County Work Force Development Board to increase the number of opportunities available to youth. The program matches youth, ages 16-21 with job openings pledged by local employers who are interested in hiring youth for summer, year round, full time and part time jobs. In order to qualify, youth must be functioning successfully at the 7th grade level or above in reading, math and language skills. Qualified candidates will interview with employment counselors who prescreen and match each youth to employers’ job requirements.
