On-the-Job Training may the program for your company. Eligible businesses can receive up to 50% in wage reimbursements for selected positions if your company is qualified.

Workforce Development Specialists will work with your company to pre-screen and refer appropriate job training candidates while providing supportive services, follow-up monitoring, and assistance in retention of OJT employees.
