Pima Vocational High School

About Pima Vocational High School:
Pima Vocational High School is a School-to-Work
Charter School with a focus on youth 17 to 21 years old who are looking
for an alternative
opportunity to succeed in obtaining a secondary education along with
vocational training.
Core Objectives:
Core objectives for our students include:
- A high school diploma
- Experience with a variety of workplace environments
- An achievable, individual
career plan
- Sustainable employment based on acquired workplace skills
- A positive and
personally satisfying economic future
Enrollment Requirements:
Enrollment in Pima Vocational requires that applicants
have completed the eighth grade. Prospective students must file
a completed application and be interviewed by a staff member before
enrolling. Each student
can choose from several educational tracks and is required to select
a primary academic focus.
