Kino Senior Social Club

About the Club

The Kino Senior Social Club, for people 50 and older, meets at Kino Community Center, 2805 East Ajo Way every Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The club offers group activities, recreational programs and volunteer opportunities to individuals age 50 and older. The goal is to provide a variety of pleasurable experiences that will enrich and enhance the social, educational and physical well being of all who participate.

The club is always seeks new members to participate in its active, fun-filled program. Come join us and bring yours friends, you'll be happy you did.

Scheduled Activities

Weekly Social Event

Seniors meet each week from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in room 108 at Kino Community Center and participate in a number of different activities. Everyone is welcome to join at any time. The fee is just 50 cents a week.

Ta'i Chi

Ta'i Chi from the Arthritis Foundation is a safe and effective exercise program for those who suffer from arthritis. All exercises are designed and conducted by a certified instructor.

Instructor: Susan Cooper, M.A.
Class Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday
Class Time: 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
The schedule may vary, please call to confirm class date/time.

Senior Volleyball

Senior volleyball games are conducted in the Kino gym.

Game Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Game Time: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
