1. An applicant’s total household annual income must fall within the established HUD area median income limits of 80%.

2. Applicants must be a first time homebuyer, or have not owned a home in the past three years.
3. Buyers may not have liquid assets exceeding $10,000.00 to participate in the ADDI program.
4. Buyers must make a minimum of $1,000.00 contribution towards their home. These funds may be gifted, but not borrowed.
